Cursó estudios de filosofía y letras en la UBA (Universidad de Buenos Aires), y completó sus estudios cinematográficos en la FEMIS (Paris, Francia). Fue asistente de dirección de Leonardo Favio en “Gatica el mono”, y de Hugo Santiago en “La fábula de los continentes”. Ha ejercido la labor docente en numerosas escuelas y universidades de España y Argentina, ha escrito y dirigido más de treinta cortos y mediometrajes de ficción, realizado series y documentales para Discovery Channel, y es autor de cinco novelas y de un sinnúmero de guiones y cuentos.
